5-Minute Spinach Dip

Some parties you plan for weeks … and others have a predictably unpredictable way of coming together at the last minute. Today was one of those days — with football playoffs all afternoon and the Golden Globes tonight, we needed something delicious, easy and fast. Thank goodness for 5-Minute Spinach Dip!

This creamy spinach dip is one of those simple recipes I come back to time and time again — and it only takes minutes to make! Get out the veggies and chips, invite your pals over, put up your feet and dip away.

5-minute spinach dip

  • 1 box of 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 package Knorr Leek Soup Mix (found at most grocery stores)

  • 1/4 cup white onion, minced

  • 1/4 cup parsley, minced (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly and combine with other ingredients. Keep cool until time to serve.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, or crackers. Or try a hollowed-out sourdough loaf with the insides cubed for dipping. Yum!

TIME: UNDER 5 MINUTES.
